• –Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• –Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

• –Use Fotos only for lawful photography business purposes.
• –Do not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or explicitly inappropriate content.
• –Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• –Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our algorithms or data.
• –Do not resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
• –Do not use the Service to violate any person's privacy or rights.

• –By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for recurring fees.
• –Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• –You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• –Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing after providing advance notice, as the costs of infrastructure and third-party tools may fluctuate. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Forgesaas Software Labs Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Fotos a limited licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-powered face-matching is provided for convenience and may not be 100% accurate — always verify results manually when accuracy is critical. Fotos does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forgesaas Software Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the platform, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
