Refund Policy

Our commitment to fair billing and your rights as a Fotos customer.

01Refund eligibility

  • Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Eligible reasons include: service outages longer than 48 hours, technical issues preventing service use, billing errors or duplicate charges, and service materially not as described.
  • Refunds are not available for change of mind after 7 days, accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations, or partial-month cancellations outside the 7-day window.

027-day refund window

  • New customers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first subscription purchase, provided usage limits have not been exceeded.
  • Not using the product during the 7-day window does not extend the refund period.
  • The 7-day policy applies to your first subscription only. Subsequent renewals are subject to the general refund conditions in this policy.

03How to request a refund

  • Email [email protected] with your account email, subscription details, and a brief reason for the request.
  • Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Initiating a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting us may result in delays.

04Refund processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
  • Processing times vary: credit/debit cards 5–10 business days, UPI and digital wallets 1–3 business days.
  • Transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.

05Billing amount changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing after providing advance notice. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. Continued use after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new amount.

06Cancellation vs. refund

  • Cancellation stops future billing and allows continued access until the end of the current billing period — it does not automatically trigger a refund.
  • A refund returns money for the current billing period and may result in immediate service termination.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

07Data after a refund

  • Upon refund, your account will be downgraded or suspended and access to paid features will be revoked.
  • Your data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • You may separately request data deletion at any time.
