This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of Fotos, including photographers, studios, and guests accessing galleries. By using Fotos, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

• –Uploading, storing, and delivering professional photography taken by you or your studio.
• –Sharing branded client galleries with clients and event guests.
• –Using AI delivery features to send photos to event guests.
• –Managing invoices, billing, and studio communications.
• –Integrating Fotos with authorised third-party photography tools.

• –Uploading content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
• –Uploading photos of individuals without their consent, particularly in sensitive contexts.
• –Sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this will be reported to authorities immediately.
• –Uploading content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• –Using Fotos to distribute spam, malware, or phishing content.

• –Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform.
• –Using automated bots or scripts to interact with Fotos without written permission.
• –Impersonating another photographer or studio.
• –Sharing account credentials with unauthorised third parties.
• –Using the platform to conduct surveillance or track individuals without consent.

You may not use your Fotos account to store content unrelated to photography services, including backups of personal files, software, or non-photographic data. Excessive or abusive use of storage or bandwidth beyond your plan limits is prohibited and may result in throttling or account review.

Fotos reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. We will cooperate with law enforcement when required. To report a violation, contact us at [email protected].
